I posted an earlier review that I’ve been trying to retract to no avail. Please disregard the previous and only F given this company. Thank you

I called and requested some assistance in either fixing or replacing damaged asphalt in my driveway and was never called back so although I cannot give a grade on performance I can give an F for customer service. I will give someone else a call. Not recommended.

Clouds moved in after Jeff had called to say they were coming and we had a couple of days of delays weather. Another call would have been helpful for us to say their plans changed, so we could plan our own day better. When we got a break in the weather they came over and did the whole job in a few hours. Henry and the other men on the crew listened carefully to my needs and described their materials, tools, and techniques. I can spread sealant myself, but I wasn't about to try pouring hot asphalt in the wide cracks myself. The drive looks good and the surrounding area is still clean.

Jeff from 1-800-asphalt replied promptly. He first notified us not to be alarmed to see a man surveying our driveway. He then submitted a 4 option plan based on what could be done 3-4 days later. His bid was the most detailed and comprehensive. My husband and I did not meet his staff and asked if he or one of his staff could come out and walk the driveway with us to explain the bid. He was very accommodating and came up himself. He was very friendly, professional, courteous and informative. We were very impressed and ultimately chose him after reviewing the bids. ( Note: 3 other companies never returned our call). Jeff kept us informed every step of the way. Our driveway was repaved 1 week later on the first sunny day. They did a beautiful job! I would highly recommend them and use their services again.

Excellent - the repair removed a lower grade which collected ice.

The original?bid was 2900, bill was 2365. ?This was about 50% of other bids and no waiting for several weeks to start. They left job site clean and no mess. ? They also did the next door neighbor's RV pad at the same time and I was very impressed with the crews treatment of the 4 year old boy. ?They just chatted away with him all the time he was out watching, ?They talked as if he was one of the crew and kept a close eye on him.

They were very good. They were very reasonably priced. They did a very quality work. It's just a good company. It was a good experience for me.

1-800-Asphalt sealed our driveway installed by them last fall. I meant to review them then and didn't so I will now. I called many companies to remove our existing concrete driveway that was cracked and had a couple of sunken areas that caused a few falls on the ice. Only a few responded and it seemed clear they weren't interested in a small job because most quotes were astronomical. 1-800-Asphalt was happy for my business as small as it was. The price quoted was in line with the reasonable bids I'd received and unlike the others said they could do it before the following Spring. From the very beginning the relationship went well. I felt like family member. They kept in contact until the work was complete.They did a superb job for a fair price and were friendly! They sealed our driveway and did just as nice a job as the original install. I am comfortable recommending 1-800-Asphalt!

This company began and ended on the day we called and hired them, incredible! The owner Jeff was friendly, attentative to detail, and honest.

We obtained multiple bids for this project and 1-800 Asphalt gave us a highly competitive bid. They were not the absolute cheapest, but they were close and since we had positive experiences with them in the past we decided to use them again. Our decision paid off and we were rewarded with a high quality finished product and a professionally managed project. They started the project within 2 weeks of our acceptance of our bid. This was a very timely response during the busy summer work season. They kept in contact with me and let me know when they were going to begin work. There was one delay, but they alerted me in a timely fashion and made sure work started on time from then on. Their crew was very professional and left the work site clean and tidy. There were a few days between when the demo was completed and when the new material was laid down. I was concerned that the project was going to drag on, but the owner assured me that our project was a priority and was as good as his word. The new sidewalk and parking lot were laid down when he said they would be. They took care to minimize damage to the lawn and gardens that abutted this project and didn't leave a big mess for us to clean up. The new sidewalk and parking lot look fantastic and I couldn't be happier.
