They did great. They're very dependable they did the job in a timely manner cost was reasonable. We've been using them for 15 years and have never been disappointed with them.

They made a reasonable estimate as to the cost of all repairs and everyone at Building Specialties was prompt to get working on renovations and never let us forget they were here to help us get up and running again. And what a team! Professional, courteous, and willing to go the extra mile for the homeowner. There's no other company that compares with Building Specialties, and we would not hesitate to call them again if the need arises. I personally recommend each of them when friends and associates ask how living through the fire rebuild and roofing went, and I loudly sing their praises on every phase of construction, from beginning to the beautiful, quality conclusion.

All of the jobs they do are excellent. By far the best quality work available. Workers are polite, and honest.

They were here everyday working. Many days there were 3 different contractors working on my home. Jacob and John kept me apprised of the work and costs frequently. If there were additions added to the original contract, they were written and signed by both of us. Everyone knew where we stood. I have recommended Building Specialties to others. I would hire them without even getting any other bids. They were fair, consistent, hard working and most of all, honest!
