"Darrell is unresponsive, unethical and a poor computer repairman. He was unable to fix my phones or tablets. He returned my laptop in worse shape than he received it and didn't call or respond for ten days at one point. He still has some of my devices and it looks like we may have to go to court for me to get them back. There are plenty of qualified repair people around. Stay away from Darrell's. Trust me."
