They left out areas that didn't get painted, such as under the staircase and the frame of the door wasn't covered properly. The patch jobs were not painted well either. Paint was spilled on the front door mat and wasn't cleaned up. The owner said they would exchange the mat but I haven't heard from them. I was told there would be two coats of paint applied but I don't think they actually put on two coats."

We agreed on one oil base coat and two finish stain coats. The entire house was power washed before anything was applied. The price was very reasonable for the amount of work done. We couldn't have been happier with the crew and workmanship performed. Always courteous, always on time and cleaned up at the end of every day.
