"They were very accommodating to My time. They called me immediately and arranged to come the next morning on time. The repair man had a challenging time Moving my refrigerator. He worked slowly and steady apologized for taking so long. My refrigerator stopped working he showed me that the compressor was fine. it was the fan needed to be cleaned. Their price was fair and they told me toward the end what the cost would be. I would definitely recommend them and if I need another appliance fixed I would surely call Them refrigerator stopped"

"I ordered a part from this company for my dryer. They claim: 2 Day Quick Delivery! 365 Day Return Policy! Free Tech Support! I returned the unused part in their own packaging and they refused to provide a refund! Apparently, there's some hidden small print in their return policy that if you open the box and touch the product, that item is no longer eligible for a refund. They claim that the part showed signs of installation such as scuff marks. I asked for the part to be sent back to me for inspection by other professionals, but they refused because they disposed of the part. I've never encountered with such a scam company as this one and advise all to stay away from their misleadings! Good luck trying to get a refund from them, you're not getting one."

"The repair guy was a no-show for the three hour window I waited for them when they were supposed to install a part they had ordered. I took off work for the appointment and now I still have a broken washer. I texted with the company during the window they were supposed to show up, asking when they would arrive. They confirmed that they were coming but they never did. After the no-show, I called and spoke to a woman (owner's wife) at Champion who said that the part did not arrive on time today and this is why they did not show up. I was irritated that I had to call them to figure out what was going on! She was rude and kept talking over me and said that they only work 8-5 (my work hours) and can't come outside of those hours to fix an issue this issue which they caused. I do NOT recommend this company. UPDATE: Just spoke with the owner. He was upset that I wrote a review before talking to him, even though the woman I spoke to (his wife) said he was not available to talk. His biggest concern seemed to be the review, not fixing the issue or apologizing for the no-show appointment. I told him I wrote an honest review of what happened. Frankly, after the unfortunate conversation with his wife I considered the discussion over. The owner's fix for the situation was to install the parts but have me pay for parts and service ahead of time. I declined, obviously. Why would I give someone money ahead of time who was a no-show for the last appointment? Given their inefficient business processes and the confrontational nature of the owner and office staff, I would never work with this company again. Also, I found it strange that the owner kept trying to blame FedEx for not having the part delivered on time. I pointed out he should not have his staff make appointments without having the parts on hand and they definitely should have called me to tell me what was happening, but he did not want to hear it. He kept saying "there is no way we can make you happy. You already posted a review". The negative reviews on various sites seem to say the same thing: great technician (Aaron, he was great!) but if there is an issue and you have to deal with the owner / office staff - it is a nightmare. Not worth it when there are so many other companies to choose from."

If your refrigerator needs to be repaired, contact an appliance repair company to diagnose the issue and repair your refrigerator. It’s okay to leave it plugged in and running, but unplug it if it makes unusual noises.
Signs that your refrigerator may need repairs include:
Food items are not being held at the correct temperature (between 35 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit)
The fridge is using too much energy and seems to run all the time
Loud and/or unusual noises
Possible causes include:
A damaged door
Faulty condenser coil
Malfunctioning control board
Contacting an appliance repair professional as soon as possible can help save items in your fridge from spoiling. Common fridge repairs include the compressor, control board, thermostat, defrost motor, coils, and ice maker.
If you’re having problems with your dryer, contact an appliance repair professional as soon as possible to inspect and repair it. Having a faulty dryer can be a major inconvenience in the home.
Your dryer may need repairs if:
It isn’t turning on
It’s not releasing enough heat
The drum doesn’t spin
Common repairs include:
A damaged or worn-out belt or
Damaged or shorted electrical wiring
A control board malfunction
Dryers tend to overheat or become short-circuited over time, especially after heavy use. Other common dryer repairs include door switches, timers, and control boards.
If the unit is not under warranty, then you may want to call a reliable appliance repair technician to diagnose the issue and recommend a repair. Some of the most common washing machine issues are inadequate water supply to the unit, poor drainage due to clogging, leaks, and excessive vibration while washing. Like ovens, the cost to repair a washing machine will vary widely depending on which issue you’re experiencing.
The average cost to repair an appliance depends on the appliance, make, model, the part that needs repair, and how long it takes to replace or repair a part. The following are the average repair costs for the most common appliances:
Refrigerator: $200–$300
Freezer: $90–$500
Oven, cooktop, range: $100–$500
Microwave: $50–$400
Dishwasher: $160–$300
Garbage disposal: $70–$250
Washing machine: $50–$450
Dryer: $100–$400
Appliance repair contractors may charge $40 to $120 per hour for labor, and most also provide the replacement parts necessary at an additional cost. It’s also important to note that these prices can go up on holidays and emergency fees may apply if you need your appliance fixed immediately.
It's good to contact the manufacturer first to see if any warranties still exist, and if they have any specific repair persons they recommend. Some specialty units or smart units may require the assistance of a manufacturer-approved technician. Oven issues can be more challenging to diagnose than other appliances in the home because many of the parts are difficult to access for inspection or replacement. Some common oven repairs involve replacing damaged burners, heating coils, or electric cables. Purchasing additional parts, such as a new heating coil may also increase the total repair cost.
