"Hired for a million dollar roofing / patio repair in a 13 unit hi-end townhome community -always MIA on the job site. Our HOA board has threatened legal action due to slow progress. We are nearing 7 months in what should be a 3 month project- and we are only at 50% completion. -did not put a tarp down during a rain storm, causing water intrusion in 4 units -caused damage to 5 of 13 units during first month of project -refused to pay for matching carpet in my home to make me whole for damage caused by his negligent employees. Costing me over $3,000.00 to me-the home owner all while promising to cover all costs. Stay away. Owner Jeremy Britton is dishonest!"

The deductible was a lot and Roberto was able to work with us on pricing bc of that. He was the first guy to show up and give us a quote. He showed up the next day after I contacted 4 companies for quotes. One guy couldn't get out for 2 weeks. He was very good at explaining everything that needed to be done. Smart guy with all the answers and very attentive to calls and questions we had. I would highly recommend Superior Roofing. They were able to schedule the job and they showed up when they said. Did the work they said and they did it the right way. I would highly recommend Roberto and his guys. He was professional and knows what he's doing.
