I am an expert in a wide range of upgrade, repair, and maintenance tasks, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, doors, cabinets, painting, flooring, drywall, and more. I work both in residential and commercial projects and I use only the best materials and tools to ensure high-quality workmanship and long-lasting results. My standard hourly rate is $100 for the first hour (my minimum) and then $30 for each additional 30 minutes of labor. On some projects, once on site, I might offer a flat rate fee.
