"So, why am I posting a review for this "exteriors" contractor, because they also advertise for home remodeling under the Avatar name. We were ready to begin a kitchen remodel, but they cancelled the contract when I insisted on seeing their contractor's license and proof of workers compensation insurance. This company has neither. A contractor's license is required in Georgia, and workers compensation insurance ensures that if their employees are injured while working on your property, they are covered. Not having such insurance may expose the homeowner to a claim for injury related costs. Forewarned is forearmed."
