Our inside sales team is responsible for expanding our network of service providers by selling digital advertising campaigns and/or our lead generation service. As an Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for people management of 10+ sales representatives and ensuring profitability for the Angi sales team.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Managing and providing leadership to an inside sales team focusing on individual sales and productivity as well as meeting and being accountable for established weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals
- Monitoring proper headcount to meet forecasted goals; Master recruiting, interviewing, and hiring process
- Managing sales activities through CRM and resolving daily sales issues related to processing contracts
- Monitoring calls and providing written and verbal coaching and mentoring on a daily/weekly basis; Identify and manage strengths and opportunity areas for sales representatives
- Plan and execute daily huddles and weekly team meetings, including facilitating team contests
- Collecting data, analyzing information, and providing feedback to sales representatives to increase performance, skills, and overall productivity
- Effectively communicating and modeling sales tactics, strategies, and closing skills
- Monitoring employee timesheets and ensure daily completion, including tracking and approving time-off requests; Handling multiple tasks in fast-paced environment
- Communicating professionally with all levels of management on a regular basis and complying with all company policies, procedures, and practices while leading with a high-level of integrity and holding the team accountable.
To join our team, you’ll need:
- 2+ years of experience in a sales management role
- Experience with managing remotely, preferred
- A proven track record of consistent success as an individual contributor in a sales role
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Proficiency with Google Suite
- Proficiency with CRMs
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Effective prioritization and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong initiative to strive for continuous accuracy, quality, and timeliness of information
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships through strong interpersonal skills with emphasis on relationship-building and consistent demonstration of solid professional judgment
- Ability to stand and sit for periods of time and to move intermittently throughout the workday
- Ability to interact with others, both in person and through phone, e-mail, and written correspondence
- Ability to perform focused work with close attention to detail
Benefits & compensation:
- $60,000 to $150,000
- Base pay + uncapped commission paid biweekly
- Generous PTO including sick, personal, vacation, and volunteer time

- Angi currently has an office in the following city/states, 1) Denver, CO, 2) Indianapolis, IN and 3) New York City, NY, which are available for use if you reside near these locations
- You will need access to an individual hardline high-speed internet connection in your work space. This job cannot be performed from a mobile hotspot.
- We have a 'camera on' culture for virtual meetings. Must utilize all company provided equipment, including the webcam, for all team communications.
