I needed some tree branches that were hanging over my house and garage trimmed back so that my homeowners insurance company would renew my policy. I was very satisfied with the fast, professional, and responsive service provided by Baum Enterprises LLC - 757-775-4051 (Suzanne). Requested a quote and Ron, an arborist, came out the next day and provided what I thought was a very reasonable and competitive estimate for the work I needed. What was most impressive was his knowledge of trees, the consequences of potentially killing the tree if larger branches were cut down, and his overall experience and understanding of my needs. Quote estimate document and contract were all transmitted by email, and I was able to review and sign contract, including the scheduled date for trimming, via Docusign. All work was completed as promised and on time. This is a family run LLC and Suzanne treated me like "family", making sure to text or call me with any updates (e.g. time Ron would be arriving). I highly recommend Baum.

Ron was absolutely amazing! We inherited a mess of a backyard with many overgrown trees, many of which were misshaped and growing in odd positions. Once we met Ron, we knew he was the right person for the job. He was very friendly, but most importantly he is so knowledgeable in tree removal and care. We had several big limbs removed, and many sucker limbs too. When the job was complete, our yard was cleaned up with the same care our trees were given. Our yard finally feels lighter and brighter. Our grass will finally get sun! We highly recommend, Ron and Baum Enterprises.

If I could give this company more stars I would! I’m a new homeowner and I don’t know much about trees but I know mine were a little unruly and creeping up on my neighbors house. Luckily the crew was working across the street and I asked them for a quote. In no time they popped by my backyard and inspected both trees. After teaching me a few things about the trees they gave me 2 very reasonably priced solutions and I was booked in no time. On the day of service the crew showed up right on time with the friendliest of service and my trees were cleaned up in no time. They took the time to clean up the yard and the street from any left over debris and even cut down and neatly stacked the wood as I requested for future fire pit use. 10/10 I HIGHLY recommend this company and I will certainly have them in mind for any future need for me or anyone I know!

Excellent. Neighbor has a tree that had limbs hanging on my backyard shed & fence. I got his permission to have tree service remove limbs hanging into my yard. Baum arrived and carefully remove limbs as needed. They did a good job of removing & cleaning up the cut limbs. I would hire them again if I need any tree work. Tom

Everything went very well from start to finish. They came and gave me an estimate that was very reasonable. The large broken limb was in a very precarious position and they were able to safely remove it without damaging a nearby shed. They did an especially great job cleaning up and removing all the trimmed branches and an added yard waste pile. I would definitely recommend them!
