From the first call until our final walk-through, Matt made the process easy, fair, and enjoyable. He was highly responsive, making sure our questions and concerns were addressed promptly. We enjoyed the process because things were organized and Matt did a great job making sure we were always aligned and aware of what was happening and when. He also made sure that if something didn’t go correctly, he took ownership when appropriate and quickly worked to resolve any issues that came up along the way. Basement was finished to agreed upon contract specifications and Matt was very communicative throughout the process. I would highly recommend them as a contractor. Matt provides solutions based on budget and your basement can be as simple or as elaborate as you want it to be.
