Middle of the night issue. Don and Adam were at my house by 8:30 am. Extremely knowledgeable and able to diagnose the problem, which ended up being g a much smaller project than I had anticipated. When I asked them to quote the larger job to just got it done and not have to worry, explained in detail why it wasn't necessary, and would be a waste of my money. Most companies would have taken the money. Would recommend, and definitely would hire again

Don was great, he came out on the same day in an emergency. He did a great job.

Don and crew were great! We lost water and they came out and confirmed it was a break in the wiring to the pump. They explained why we experience this issue and advised how they would fix it as well as additional service we will need to prevent any further disruptions. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and gave us a great price. We will definitely use them again for all plumbing issues.

The job cost more than initially discussed, but they explained the importance of the additional steps needed to correct my problem. They understood my position financially and they worked with me. Don came out the same day that I called. Cost was half that of another installer. Don gave a 5 year warranty on pump when other only gave 2 year. Highly recommend Aqua Pure!

Omg! Thank goodness Don was there for me when my Well pump began to malfunction. It was actually looked at by another company that didnâ t know what they were doing and cost me $400 . Don came in analyzed the problem, explained what he was doing and whyâ ¦what the results meant. Professionalism at it absolute best! Don went above and beyond, even battling wasps from a wasps nest that had been disturbed near the well. It was a wonderful experience considering it meant replacing the pump. His price is fair. He communicated well and made me aware of his eta that day. I am completely confident recommending him. Thank you Don!
