We didn’t know who to call but found Paul Allen and gave them a call. He arrived within 45 minutes and was very detailed on explaining all my equipment. He had the faulty part in his truck and repaired the furnace in less than a hour. He was very clean, courteous and knowledgeable. So happy we found Paul Allen and would recommend him to anyone!!! So grateful our house is warm again! A++++

Did not want to perform what I asked for. Kept upselling new outside unit ($2,500), that I did not need. I had to tell to put a screw in that he took out and he was not going to unless I requested it. He put it back in. He stated it was going to hold anyway. He ask me if he could have the old A-coil stating that he was going to use it for refrigerator he was building. Old A-coil is worth $16 bucks at scrap yard, probably was going to sell it. General bad attitude. On the good side, no issues with the unit since install.

After a long day at work I came home to a 54 degree house in the middle of a snow storm. I called several of the places listed on Angie's list and Paul gave me the cheapest rate for emergency services, even though it was 6:30 on a Friday. Other places I talked to said they weren't even sure they could come due to the snow. The roads were AWFUL but they made it to my house in about an hour. I had a two year old at the time, I was pregnant, and my husband was stuck at work due to the snowstorm so it was imperative I get the heat fixed! They took care of it in less than 30 minutes and the house warmed up immediately. It was a reasonable price and a few weeks later we are still doing fine. They even guaranteed their work for 30 days. I was so pleased with their willingness to help in what was truly an emergency situation. They could have taken advantage of my situation but they didn't. They were more concerned with making a new long term customer and building my trust. Very satisfied!

I purchased the unit on line and it was delivered. The company gave Paul Allen H/C a 5 star rating and I checked that this company was also on Angies List. I called and the company came out the very next day, coordinating with the electrical company, and installed the unit completely. There were some glitches in the installation and a late start due to the electrical portion but the gentlemen stayed with it and finished at about 9:30pm! Super clean up and involved me in the installation making sure the unit, inside and outside, were where I wanted them.

Paul Allen Heating and Cooling did a wonderful job on installing my new furnace. They were very professional and cleaned as they worked. The price for a new furnace was fantastic. Overall Paul Allen offered the best price and warranty. I was very pleased with the service they offered. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. They are the best of the best. They treat you with respect and explain everything as they work. I am the kind of person that likes to know what is going on step by step. Paul Allen Heating and Cooling is a 5 star company. He walked me through all the steps. He did not pressure me into anything. He communicated and explained everything very well. His install was very professional. He did safety measures that were not done 27 years ago during the previous install. He wanted to make sure everything was safe and secure for us. I would recommend him to anyone!

I went to take a shower the shower knob broke and i could not turn off the water the fixture would not turn it was worn out i paniced i called paul allen heating and air ...he told me were the main shut off was to the water i turned it off he came asap he repair the faucet ,he did a very good job , this is one of many experiments with this company always on time ....he has installed themostats for use he has done electric work for use ,he even worked on our freezer the ice maker quit very reasonable ,fair ,cleans up never leaves mess, always explains before doing any jobs ....would recommend paul allen to anyone I give this company a ten !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
