Last September, we contracted Budget Waterproofing to fix two leaks into our basement, seal some cracks in basement walls, replace four window well egress, drains, and covers, and stucco some outside foundation walls. They did a very good job except the sealant they used between the window well egress and foundation cracked. When called about it, they immediately came back and repaired it. I would recommend them to anyone.

Cannot recommend Budget Waterproofing highly enough. We originally found them 6 years ago when we had a water problem at the front of our house and they were consummate professionals, prompt, thorough, and competitively priced. When we had a new issue pop up recently at the back of our house, they were the first company we thought of. we got a couple of other estimates, just to do our due diligence....was a complete waste of time. As before, they are truly the best. Truly a professional, friendly, helpful, above-board team who warrantee their work for life. The work done was excellent! With all the rain we've had recently, our basement has remained dry. The Bollinger's and staff were professional and informative. They answered all of our questions. The work was done in a timely manner and minimal dust. The concrete work looks great. The cost was reasonable and there's a great warranty on the work as well.

I have known this company for past about 7 years. These guys did three jobs for my houses and one for my friends. First of all they would only recommend the most needed work unlike other companies that want your entire basement waterproofed even if not needed. Their guys are very helpful and explain why a work is needed and do not try to convince you for the unnecessary work. Their rates are very reasonable. They stand behind their work. I am getting ready to have them start work on one of my new rental property. Thanks Budget. Always recommended.

I first used Budget Waterproofing in 2003 for Waterproofing including installing a sump pump.About 2 years ago I had some issues with drainage. They came back out and fixed the issue ( when they say lifetime they mean lifetime) .I recently reached out for additional work , this time in the front of my basement adding additional drainage in the window well of my home and then routing it to my sump pump. They came did excellent service and didn't even mess up my flower bed. I expected my flowers to trampled on because they are near the window, however they weren't.. Always a great experience and they stand behind their work.

Budget provided the most affordable estimate, significantly lower than another company. Unlike the competitors, they were able to schedule the service within two weeks, and they required us to do almost no prep work other than clearing out our junk. They performed the work as advertised and cleaned up nicely. They even coordinated with a contractor doing some work for us in the basement so he could access a drain pipe. They provide a lifetime guarantee and they're a longstanding company so I don't think they'll declare bankruptcy like some others have. I will be recommending them to our other neighbors with flooded basements!

Budget Waterproofing did an excellent job repairing our foundation leaks. Everyone involved to include the President/Owner, Office Manager, and employee that did the work were both friendly and professional. The work was completed in a timely manner before Christmas and winter weather. The warranty for the work is a lifetime warranty and transferable to a new homeowner. Great job Budget Waterproofing.

I called Budget waterproofing after getting ridiculously high estimates from other well known waterproofing companies. My needs were: crawl space encapsulation, proper ventilation system and a better more secure, weatherproof crawl space entrance. First, the owner came to do the estimate, in a company marked truck. I say that because, the other companies came in high dollar sedans and no proof of who they were. Secondly, Bob was very helpful, knowledgeable, kind, honest and thorough. He gave me a great feeling, no BS up selling of unneeded products, like the other two companies. I had specific needs to be met in my old crawl space area, including an old hvac system which I could not get out. His team did that! He also educated me on the EZbreathe system that would be installed. He knew the monthly energy cost and explained its full purpose. He gave me a very honest, no frills, no mark up pricing. The work took 3 days, the crew was very nice, helpful and did nice work. Everyone whom I have worked with at Budget was responsive, pleasant and knowledgeable. I have already recommended Budget Waterproofing to others. I very much appreciate the “hometown”, local company and their honesty and good work.

I would highly recommend this company given the knowledge, professionalism and pleasant demeanor of their incredibly good team. First, Bill performed a detailed inspection based on his comprehensive checklist to provide his honest appraisal and a thoughtful estimate. Then, he and Brooke patiently answered my lingering questions to schedule the service soon after and mentally prepare me for this project. Jose and his able assistant were remarkably efficient and thorough in getting the job done in a day and half, which was impressive! I was also pleasantly surprised to read their President’s personal note of thanks and Brook’s post-service tips after the task was completed. Unlike most companies who immediately charge the final payment right after, they waited until the next day to do so, and with guarantee certificate. All in all, a wonderful experience from start to finish!
