The original reason I chose Average Joe's was the consultation and estimate process. Everything was covered so thoroughly, the process from beginning to end, even things we didn't think of asking. Our deck turned out so well and we love it! We get compliments on it all the time and we're happy we chose a composite replacement. A special "thank you" to Adrian who fixed a piece of our siding - it was hidden by the old deck, but it had come loose and he fixed it before I could even ask him the following morning. And to Christian, who put our patio umbrella back on the deck - I have a bad lower back, so his help was so appreciated!! It's the little things like this that are the reasons I will definitely be using them again for other projects.

It was good. The cabinets by Neftali and Ruben are wonderful. The craftmanship is great and the stain works with my hardwood floors. They created and built a pantry door that matches the cabinets and compliments the kitchen. The mantel and surround on the fireplace is beautiful. Neftali and Ruben outdid themselves with the design. Several people have commented on how much they like the door, cabinets, and mantel. The extra potlights really help with the lighting in the kitchen. Victor did an excellent job with the installation of the lights to include the lights under the cabinets and above the cabinets. The tile installation is good going up and around the kitchen window. The overall look of the kitchen is great! Mill and Monchito did an excellent job painting the walls and trim in the entire area. With the 17' ceiling that was a challenge. Christian checked on the progress and made sure everything was done and done well. He was a pleasure to talk with and listened to any concerns I had. He followed up to make sure the concerns were addressed. Joe came in at the end to ensure all the work had been done and done correctly. I have no problem using Average Joe Construction in the future.

This was an amazing team to have create our screened in porch. From Daniel & Luis, who did the entire build and worked even on crummy weather days, Milly & Willie who painted & sealed the ceiling, Jim who hung the ceiling fan and smoke detectors, Cody on the lighting and outlets, and Christian, the construction manger who oversaw the project. Just TOP NOTCH teamwork and quality.

Excellent! Joe was referred to us by a professional colleague. The bottom step of our deck stairs had a lot of give. Joe inspected and showed us how the entire bottom of the stair structure had water damage and rot due to improper original build. An interim fix by another contractor had been wholly insufficient — it had only been superficial. Joe and crew fit us in and met our tight deadline for our son's graduation party and replaced the entire staircase in just two days. It was done timely and expertly. Especially appreciated were the before and after photos, as well as the detailed description of the problem, the associated safety issues, and the fix. He was also able to re-use the Trex planks — only needing to replace the rotted structural boards. The new staircase is solid! We'll now have Joe bid on a much larger project for another property. He's our new go-to guy!

Average Joe Construction was great to work with! Lisa and Joe were very attentive in helping design the master en-suite! Victor did an amazing job! My bathroom/bedroom look like something you would see in an exquisite resort!! The creativity and talent they have turned my dream into a reality!! Average Joe Construction has now completed three projects for me and I feel confident in recommending this company. Average Joe's first project for me was born out of necessity. I had water damage in my basement and the company replaced the damaged portion of my floor. The second job was to repaint the entire interior of my home, both downstairs and the main level. And just last week, Average Joe wrapped up the third project...redoing my fireplace, painting my kitchen cabinets and island, and tiling the kitchen floor. I have been more than impressed with the workmanship and beyond happy about how my place has been transformed from the house I bought in 2020 to the home I love living in today! Joe & Lisa are with you every step and every detail of the way, from your ideas and goals to a plan and the estimate, on to the work itself, then cleanup and final inspection. They patiently answer every question and address each concern. I have a couple more projects in mind and Average Joe Construction will be the company I call.

Average Joe was exceptional! They helped me design my dream home and were responsive and easy to work with throughout the project. They told me it would take 12 weeks and it took 11! The remodeling was so extensive that I moved out. The finished product far exceeded my expectations.
