It took awhile for them to get here (they are so busy) but well worth the wait. Brian is awesome and his crew showed up on time this morning and did an excellent job. I loved how they cleaned up after the trimming and really recommend this company.

The work was performed exactly when predicted. Brian was a pleasure to deal with. Communications with his office assistant were outstanding. His workers performed the tasks expertly, efficiently, and cordially. The price was very reasonable. I could not have been more pleased with this experience, and I look forward to calling upon Brian and his workers whenever I am in need of such services in the future. My only complaint is that it took almost two months for them to come because they were so busy. Once here, the work was great.

Brian's manner exudes both professionalism and enthusiasm for his work. His suggestions were very helpful and, in the case of cabling one tree to another, creative. On the day of the work, Brian appeared long enough to give his crew complete direction. Their communication must have been excellent, because all went exactly according to plan, right down to the detail of stacking a certain amount of cut logs for firewood. While the work is important, the quality of the cleanup blew us away. When the crew left, we could find absolutely no evidence that a tree crew had done work that day -- no damaged lawn, no sawdust, no twigs -- nothing. The quality of the work far exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely hire Greenleaf again.

They come out every spring to treat my yard and bushes. I've used them for several years now. They are on time and courteous. They explain what they are doing. They do a thorough job and take care of everything for the year.

The job was done well and clean. The price was high for the job but I was happy the work.

Brian is very knowledgeable. I found him on Angies List, as I wanted the opinion of a licensed Arborist to look at my maples and the lichen that was growing on them. He put me at ease, saying my trees were healthy and did not need to come down.  I was very pleased with the services provided and would certainly recommend him.

I've talked to them. He is a fine guy and I think he knows his business but I'm skeptical and so is he of the drawings where the septic system is so I haven't talked to him since. The price was very reasonable. He is a straightforward guy. He got back to me. He was very prompt to reply. He leveled with me.

- Brian came in on time while on short notice. They're very price competitive. Told them I was under time constraint and needed to get work done before utility company can install meters where it was blocked by trees, Brian was able to rescheduled that amid other appointments.

We moved into our house about one year ago knowing that the trees had never been trimmed for at least a decade. Every tree had dead limbs and through the previous year's storms, we'd always have a few big limbs fall. Greenleaf was our third arborist that we called. Kevin was very prompt, showed up on time for the consult and provided welcome insight into the condition of our trees. All of the concerns we had were addressed. Since he impressed us and his price was in the middle of the road, we chose Greenleaf.
We were told that our trimming would be scheduled three to four weeks from contract signing. Karen, his office assistant, surprised me within two weeks and told me the crew was arriving the next day. I'd have to say, this is the only fault I have of their service. I had yet to prepare our yard for their arrival. In order for the work to be completed I needed to remove a fence which I had not done. Now I had to do this with one nights notice. I was not a happy camper. I was expecting more notice.
The crew arrived on time the next day and were very cordial and friendly. The worked hard through out the day and got done early. Kevin showed up early in the morning and made sure they knew their marching orders. For the most part, they left without leaving a trace of their presence. One larger limb made a small dent to my deck railing and there were a few deep divots in the lawn. I suppose with all the work needed to be done, this was to be expected.
Two months have passed since our work was completed and I notice they missed two dead limbs on one tree in our backyard. I'm not sure why they were missed, maybe they didn't know they were dead? I plan to contact them to ask to send a climber out to finish the job. We'll see...
Overall, working with Greenleaf was pleasant and I'd use them again. I trust Kevin and his crew.

Greenleaf Services are pretty good. I would recommend them. I have had no bad experiences, except that the price goes up every year. It is getting a little expensive. I have a contract with them. Every year they mail the contract to me, I sign it, and mail it back to them.

They came when promised, did the work, were especially careful about cleaning up and charged what they said they would.

As always, very professional service. Brian arrives on time to estimate job and supervise work. He's easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. Though super busy, he always takes the time to answer questions. HIs team took great care not to damage the lawn and cleaned up the yard better than they found it. Work was performed quickly and safely. Greenleaf was very conservative in estimating when the job could be performed, so we were pleasantly surprised when they were able to do it much sooner.

They reliable and call before they come.  They show up the day that they say they will come.  They are courteous, patient and reasonably priced.  They come 3 times per year.  If the dogs are outside, they work around it and give you time to get them inside and you don't feel rushed.

The owner, Brian, is an experienced arborist who helped me decide which trees needed to be removed/trimmed to provide sunlight to my shaded pool.  While making the estimate he noticed other potential issues (like girdled roots strangling a tree).  He was very professional, provided a very detailed estimate (unlike the others I contacted), did the work on time.  His crew was very professional and neat.  I would highly recommend them.
