We had a great experience with Cactus Nectar and our remodel. We removed walls, increasing our kitchen size redid floors in all the rooms except guest room and completely redid 2 bathrooms. We LOVE our master bathroom and how it turned out. As with any remodel we had a couple hiccups but Scott was extremely responsive and made everything right. They live the model of “the customer is always right.”

Cactus Nectar performed the work on time, did the job on a rush basis, and provided very good quality work. The cost of the project was very reasonable able for the amount of work. The workers were professional and very polite.

Working with Scott and Cactus Nectar has been fantastic! We had several projects going simultaneously, from interior paint to exterior landscaping/turf install, to a major renovation with exterior door installation. All of the employees and subcontractors who have come through have been respectful, communicative, and the quality of work has been of the absolute highest standard. After our painting was complete our neighbors came over, after just having had their home painted by another company, and were so impressed by the quality of work that they asked for our contractors contact info, since the results were so much better than theirs! We will definitely continue to use them, and have a couple more projects planned already!

If you're considering a large-scale home improvement project, you'd be smart to hire CactusNectar! During our first meeting with Scott we explained our vision for our new outbuilding, a 900 sq. ft. pottery studio. He was attentive and fully understood the scope of the project. The architectural plans we gave him turned out to be somewhat lacking, but Scott went above and beyond by meeting the staff at the Oro Valley plans and permits office in person, and correcting our plans using his own team. As a home inspector and former contractor myself, Scott and crew valued my inputs and were amazing to work with. Communication was frequent and follow-up was timely, productive and accurate. Big projects never go as planned, and we made Scott's job tougher by throwing several change orders at him - including three different ceiling designs! His team just rolled on, never showed a hint of frustration, and exceeded our expectations for the highest quality construction and fit-and-finish. Contractors always say "customer satisfaction is #1," but many fail to live up to that. Scott and every member of CactusNectar walk the walk and deliver. They truly got everything right, and we couldn't be happier with our beautiful studio. We're in the process of having our kitchen remodelied and our experience with Cactus Nectar LLC has been nothing short of Phenomenal!!!! We called around to a few different places and had different estimates done. Scott was the only one that provided an all in estimate where the other places charged separately for every little thing. (I.e. tear out of old cabinets, haul away, reconnecting plumbing, etc) Scott and Winston took the time to understand what our desires were with the job and the finished project and were always willing tweak things along the way. Cactus Nectar was able to start in just a matter of a couple weeks where other places were saying 6 to 8 months. Once the crew started they moved swiftly in removing old tile that had been down for 30+ years, cabinets, soffit, and wall. (Completed in a single day). The whole crew showed up on time and worked tirelessly to get it all done. All of the men that work with Cactus Nectar have been very pleasant, knowledgeable, willing to answer any questions we have come up with along the way, and very professional. If we picked out something that wouldn't be as durable or work like we had hoped Winston or Scott would bring it to our attention and give us the opportunity to switch it out and find something that would work better. Scott and Winston were steadily available to talk to via text or picking up the phone to chat and treated us like family. I highly recommend Cactus Nectar LLC for anyone looking to make some changes to your home. You won't be sorry and well pleased.

The team from Cactus Nectar did a great job! Very courteous, professional and quick to schedule the work. There were just a couple of small unforeseen snags during the project, but Scott, Winston, and CJ were quick to respond and take care of the issues. I will definitely plan to use them again for a second bathroom remodel. The only suggestion I have is that they do a little better on the cleanup (my husband and I each did some picking up of small pieces of waste material outside where they stored and cut the tile).

All work that was done was done in a professional manner with an eye to detail.
